THE FULL STORY

Hello, I am Pavel Bosovik and my wife is Nina Bosovik. We are first-generation immigrants from Ukraine and business owners. After I graduated from the University of Missouri with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, we moved to Springfield Missouri and founded PN Bosovik Properties.

It all began when I was working for a large residential real estate developer and I realized that I had a passion for creating commercial spaces that truly met the needs of businesses and their customers. We had a vision for buildings that were not only functional, but also aesthetically pleasing and environmentally conscious.

So, we took a leap of faith and started our own company. We had a few connections in the industry and were able to secure some initial funding, but the first few months were definitely a struggle. My wife and I spent long hours networking, pitching to potential clients, and honing my craft. But slowly, our hard work started to pay off. We landed our first big project and from there, our business started to grow.

Over the years, we've built a strong reputation for ourselves and our company. We are known for our attention to detail, our ability to work within tight deadlines, and our commitment to sustainability. I am proud of what we have built and excited for the future of our company. It hasn't always been easy, but we are grateful for the opportunity to do what we love every day.
